  • Return Window: Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required to process returns.

🚚 Return Process

  1. Contact the seller directly through our platform’s (EcoListia) messaging system to initiate a return.

  2. The seller will provide instructions, including return shipping details (if applicable).

  3. Once the seller receives and inspects the item, a refund or replacement will be issued as per agreement.

💳 Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used for the purchase.

  • Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).

  • Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, undergarments).

  • Customized or made-to-order products.

  • Digital goods or services already delivered.
