Welcome to the Affiliate and Referral Program of EcoListia Classified ad & Multi vendor Marketplace. By participating in this Program, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before enrolling.

• The Program is open to individuals aged 18 or older.
• Participants must have an active account on the Platform to join.
• The Program is available to everyone e.g, (Bloggers/Content Creators/Influencers/EcoListia users/Social Media Users/and individual).

2. Enrollment

• To join the Program, participants must register through the designated Affiliate/Referral Program section on the Platform.
• Upon successful registration, participants will receive a unique referral link to share.

3. Earning Commission

• Affiliates earn a commission of 5% for each successful referral.
• A successful referral is defined as a new user who registers using the affiliate’s referral link and performs an eligible action, such as buying product, posting an ad  (paid plan) or completing a transaction.
• Commissions are credited only after the referred user’s activity is confirmed.

4. Payment Terms

• Commissions will be paid by a manager according to our internal schedule.
• Payments will be made via, PayPal, Bank Transfer, Mobile Money, Western Union, etc.
• It is the affiliate’s responsibility to provide accurate payment details. The Platform is not liable for failed payments due to incorrect information.

5. Prohibited Activities

• Affiliates may not:
  • Engage in spamming or unsolicited mass messaging.
  • Use fraudulent methods to generate referrals, such as creating fake accounts.
  • Misrepresent the Platform in any way.
• Violations of these rules may result in the immediate termination of the affiliate’s account and forfeiture of any earned commissions.

6. Tracking Referrals

• Referrals are tracked using the unique referral link provided to each affiliate.
• The Platform uses cookies to track referrals for up to 24hrs after the link is clicked.

7. Termination

• The Platform reserves the right to terminate the Program or an individual’s participation at any time without notice if terms are violated.
• Affiliates may also opt out of the Program at any time by notifying the Platform in writing.

8. Modifications

• The Platform reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions or the Program’s structure at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes via email or announcements on the Platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

• The Platform is not responsible for any losses or damages resulting from participation in the Program.
• Affiliates participate at their own risk.

10. Governing Law

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws.
