1. Vendor Eligibility

• Vendors must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts.
• Vendors must provide accurate business information, including name, contact details, and payment information.
• We reserve the right to approve or reject vendor applications at our discretion.

2. Product Listings & Sales

• Vendors are responsible for ensuring that all products listed comply with local and international laws.
• Prohibited items include but are not limited to illegal goods, counterfeit items, hazardous materials, and restricted services.
• Product descriptions and images must be accurate, clear, and not misleading.

3. Order Fulfillment & Shipping

• Vendors are fully responsible for processing orders and shipping items to customers.
• Shipping costs and timelines should be clearly stated on the product listing.
• Orders must be fulfilled within the agreed time, and tracking details should be provided when applicable.

4. Payments & Commissions

• The marketplace charges a commission of 10% per sale (unless otherwise agreed).
• Payments to vendors will be processed via PayPal/Stripe/Bank Transfer based on the withdrawal schedule.
• Vendors must ensure their payment details are updated to receive funds without delays.

5. Vendor Responsibilities

• Maintain good customer service and respond to buyer inquiries promptly.
• Handle returns and refunds in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.
• Vendors must not engage in fraudulent activities, fake reviews, or price manipulation.

6. Account Suspension & Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate vendor accounts that violate these terms.
• Grounds for termination include fraudulent activity, poor customer service, selling prohibited items, or repeated policy violations.

7. Liability & Indemnification

• Vendors are solely responsible for their products, shipping, and customer interactions.
• The marketplace is not liable for damages, losses, or disputes arising from vendor transactions.
• Vendors agree to indemnify the marketplace from any legal claims related to their products or services.

8. Amendments & Updates

• We may update these terms from time to time. Vendors will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
